More than just your regular club night...Demo's got multimedia effects-UVR, short films, poetry readings, art and photo exhibits, fairtrade wine..even chai tea and delicious homemade cakes under one roof! And of course,wicked bands and DJs lined up..from Koda Kollective to DJ Ruse to Silence on the Streets..and that's just a fraction of all the acts! Varied music..from live accoustic bands, alternative, indie/punk, to drum and bass/hip hop, psychedelic trance, reggae and dub thrown in for good measure. Socially conscious music and peace loving stuff..that's what this night's about! This promotional night is jointly organised by Nottingham Student Peace Movement, Linen Industry, Bored Beyond Belief and Shoestring Project. It's the first community project of its kind based in Radford. Proceeds will go towards future events for the community as well as charities. We need your support to make this night a success..so be there!
